Comfortable and accessible spaces for enjoying the sea in different environments, pressures, temperatures and nuances.

• Finnish Circuit

  Dry Sauna at 60-100 º C and 5-25% humidity, pre-sauna,  Scottish contrast shower, cold pool and relaxation area.

• Roman Circuit

  Roman seawater pool, heated deckchairs, Roman baths at 55 º C and 80% humidity, dry sauna at 60-100 ° C, Scottish aromatic shower and ice fountain.

• Japanese Circuit

  Dry sauna at 60-100 º C, steam bath at 42 º C with 100% humidity, cold mist shower, cold bucket shower and medicinal foot bath by immersion.

• Sensory Circuit

  Seawater pool with chromotherapy and music therapy facilities. Ideal for achieving physical relaxation through floatation in water at body temperature, and mental relaxation of the senses by a combination of the sound of music over the water and the set of colors in the room.

• Relaxation Area

  In addition to all of these spaces, there is an area for relaxing, watching the sea and living the TALASOPONIENTE experience. It is a calm environment designed for resting, inside and outside of the complex, equipped with terraces and lookout points.
